Made from Lambrusco Grasparossa and Sorbara grapes,using lowtemperature skin fermentation for 24-36 hours. After a Charmat-method second fermentation for 20-25 days, the new sparkling wine continues to mature on the yeasts for another 4-5 weeks. Lustrous light pink colour, fresh and aromatic, sweet, lightly spiced flavor finishing on red berry notes.
